Retail delivery allows shoppers to browse your shop on the Glovo App. Customers can add items to their cart, place orders, and pay through the Glovo app. You’ll then prepare the order, and a courier will deliver the order if you choose Delivery with Glovo.
We highly value customer satisfaction. Couriers deliver orders daily in your area and must meet Glovo standards to stay on the app.
As a business, you have the ability to manage available inventory through the Manager Portal. Simply mark items as out of stock as you run out of them, and you won’t receive any orders for that item.
