We provide incentive packages to Glovo Partners affected by a natural disaster or political conflict worldwide. Eligible Partners will be offered support to help them sustain their businesses.

At Glovo we feel we have responsibility towards our stakeholders: Partners, Couriers and Users, in promoting economic sustainability and a sense of community.
In 2023 we are formalizing and extending the Crisis Relief Support and have it easily accessible online, available to all eligible Partners (only those affected by a natural disaster or political conflict), and accepting applications all year round.

A "natural disaster" is defined as a major adverse event resulting from natural processes of the Earth. These events occur when a significant amount of extreme weather over a short period of time causes damage to property, blocks or destroys roads or makes them undriveable, disrupts communications systems, causes power outages, and threatens life safety.
The following are eligible natural disaster events that may qualify your business for Glovo’s Disaster Relief Support: weather-related flooding, winter storm, landslide/mudslide, tsunami, tornado, hurricane, earthquake, wildfire, volcanic eruption.
A "political conflict" can be defined as a scenario where the interests of parties involved are in a sharp disagreement and their behavior promotes the destabilization of communities, insecurity and, therefore, have a negative impact on the economic development of a country.
The following are eligible political conflict events that may qualify your business for Glovo’s Disaster Relief Support: bombings, attacks from terrorist groups, warfare, scarcity of resources.
Applications will be reviewed and scored according to the following criteria:
• Independently-owned business
• 50 or fewer employees per location
• Revenues of €10M or less per location in the last 12 months
• Partner has been affected by a natural disaster or a political conflict
• Partner is or isn’t able to operate
• Glovo’s business assets can help responding to the Partner’s crisis
• Demonstrated need for help
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Recipients will be notified within a month of receiving the application.
Eligible applicants will be informed they were selected for the support within a month of receiving the application and from that moment onwards, Glovo’s team will be in close contact with the Partner to proceed with allocating the incentives.
No. Glovo’s Crisis Relief Support is designed to support partners that are underinsured, with crisis-related expenses.
You are only eligible for one grant per individual and per company. Multiple applications received for any individual or company after the first submission are considered void.
